    How much does this …
How much does this perio protect cost? Does traditional dental insurance cover it? Though my dentist won’t acknowledge my gum disease yet, I do have gum recession, and exposed roots in my back teeth already (!!). I want to nip this in the bud before it can get any worse.

    The best part of …
The best part of this system is how quickly the bleeding goes away when using the trays. And THAT is what researchers are the most concerned about – when your teeth bleed – that’s when the bacteria from gum disease can get introduced into the other areas of your body – i.e. the heart, …..

    Every solution is a …
Every solution is a temporary solution to gum disease. You can either have your temporary solution done by a dentist when it might be too late, or you can take control of your own health, and have the highest degree of homecare currently available – to prevent gum disease, or maintain a healthy oral environment. Also, you can TREAT gum disease with this system and knock out the disease in a matter of days. It’s the best system currently available.

    I’ve been on this …
I’ve been on this system now for 9 weeks. We started with a full deep cleaning (scaling), and I got my trays 2 weeks later. Along with the Perio gel, my dds put me on liquid antibiotics for the trays. My results have been REMARKABLE. In this short a time I have some pockets that went from 10mm to 6-7 mm. And 4-5mm to 2-3. My gums went from bleeding and sore to pink and healthy. I’m very pleased.

It’s important to do a deep cleaning first – so that your gums can heal well afterward.

    I abreviated …
I abreviated because it wouldn’t allow me to say in full what I wanted. H calims it could hurt her heart but she geta cleaning every 6 mo – dds ist said if she has cleaning 3 or 4 mo. it would do that same thing for her and 92 is hard to handle trays etc.

    Is this something …
Is this something that a gum specialist or a regular dentist prescribes? I just had a scaling done. My dentist advised me to see a gum specialist.

    I understand how …
I understand how the trays can kill the bacteria in the pockets but this seems to be a short term solution correct? I mean, it doesnt promote growth in the gums or bone does it? So if a patient ever stops using the trays the bacteria will almost certainly reinfect the pockets. Is this correct?

    My dentist …
My dentist prescribed me a PerioProtect tray in March. I was supposed to use it three times a day for 15 minutes. Back then I had pockets ranging from 3 mm to 6 mm. Just had a perio checkup today, and almost all of my pockets are down to either 2 or 3 mm! I have now been told to just use it twice a day. I am still going to get scaling done on a regular basis though, just to be thorough.

    Fantastic Treatment …
Fantastic Treatment for gum disease!!! As a hygienist, I’ve treated at least 50 patients in our dental practice with Perio Protect and the results are incredible. This is the only system that allows the patient to take control of their own oral health. Side effects include whiter teeth, fresher breath, and fewer trips to the dentist. Simple, easy, quick at-home solution for better oral homecare. This is a full mouth antimicrobial treatment that makes brushing more effective.

    As a patient I can …
As a patient I can tell you that my gum disease is gone. I went from 7mm, 6mm and 5mm pockets to nothing over a 3mm. I have never had scaling and/or root planing and never had surgery. I went from 113 bleeding spots to 23 in 2 weeks!! Now that’s results. All I know is that I NO LONGER need surgery, my breath is fresher and the worst part of all is that my teeth are whiter. I wife really hates all that and I get to keep my teeth. What a shame! I would recommend to anyone!!!
