    I remember his name especially because he took a strong interest in the fact that my Dad like myself was a Drag Racer. I always wondered if he was related to the Pro Stock drag racer from the ’70s and early ’80s named Frank Iaconio?

    Thank you for this. My Father died about a year following a lung transplant that was required due to complications of Lupus. His lung was rejected because the Lupus had too strong of a hold on his body. I remember Dad talking about a Dr. Iaconio that was very nice to him and that he really liked. Was Dr. Iaconio previously at the UPMC Medical Center in Pittsburgh?
