I had Pulmonary TB disease last 2006 but it was already treated only for six months. Do I need to tell the do?

do i need to tell the doctor that i had tubercolosis before 3 years ago or i shouldn’t tell the doctor anymore, because this month I will undergo full medical check up for my visa application to australia.
can u help me please what should the best to do…thanks in advance!!!!
