shortness of breath is one of many indicator of possible lung cancer, and other factors include:
•A cough that doesn’t go away and gets worse over time
•Chest pain that doesn’t go away
•Coughing up blood
•Feeling short of breath
•Wheezing
•Losing your voice (hoarseness)
•Getting sick with pneumonia and bronchitis a lot
•Swollen neck and face
•Not hungry, losing weight without trying
•Feeling tired
i dont worry much if u dont have pain while breathing.

Get it checked evrey what? You don’t say. Spots are not always cancer. I once had very tiny spots on my breast. My doctor reassured me that if it was cancer, it was in it’s earliest stages. I had a surgical biopsy and it turned out to be scar tissue. I would want a second opinion and a CT/MRI now. At least to get a baseline.

How serious is what? The scar tissue, shortness of breath or anxiety?
Scar tissue is scar tissue unless it is blocking something it’s nothing.
Shortness of breath isn’t good, but seriousness depends on the cause,.
Anxiety if it gets dangerous for some reason takes a long time, but you should see a therapist.
