Possibly diet related. You could try http://www.drdrew.com and join (free) and enquire there. One thing worth trying is the basic diet for 3 weeks at least: rice (brown; preferably organic or biodynamic as with the others, if you can access and afford them), beans (mung bean sprouts are easy and nutritious, but add some to a serve of red kidney beans, or other types), a serve peas or lentils, a serve of broccoli, preferably, or other dark green vegetable, a serve of yam (sweet potato) or other yellow orange vegetable. Fruit, including grapefruit or orange, and preferably an avocado, and a calcium supplement, as well as 4 fish oil supplements. Bottled water only, at least 8 x 250 ml glasses daily. A serve is 2 heaped tablespoons, or 1/2 a cupful. After at least 3 weeks, try reintroducing dairy products, and see what reaction occurs over the next couple of weeks. Then cereals and sourdough breads for 2 weeks. Then other bread & pasta products. Then nuts. Then fish (sardines or the types recommended by Dr. Mercola at www.mercola.com). Then other protein sources (eggs, poultry, meat). Finally, other things, like mushrooms, and chocolate and coffee, in moderation. Have you been tested for heavy metal/organochlorine exposure? Practise one of the relaxation methods at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2, preferably morning, afternoon, and evening; exercise daily, and use affirmations/positive thinking/journalling, etc. methods to be found at the mental-health-abc website.
References :
I understand what you are going through sort of. I got a brain injury and a broken hip at 17. My heart problems held off till I was 32.

Just don't get too down on yourself for your physical problems. It's not your fault...
