i took my puppy to the vet because he was not eating that much and has had diarrhea for a week now and also some breathing problems and the vet said that he has a upper respiratory disease and told us to feed him rice and gave us anti bio ...

Can you be born with bronchitis, emphysema, lung cancer, or asthma? Are they?
This sounds like a homework question.
I'm gonna take a guess and say:
1. Emphysema - alpha 1 anti-trypsin defiecency. Its hereditary
2. Asthma - also hereditary
3. Cystic Fibrosis
There is also persistant pulmonary hypertension, but that's probably more of a cardiac ...
