PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPIC SILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS (it's actually all one word but it won't let me put it down as one word)
It is unofficially the longest word in the english language (longest in some dictionaries....SOME becuz the others don't carry the word...hence "unofficially")
It is a lung disease.
