My medic just told me the results of a scan test, which are showing a scar on one of my lungs.
He said that I should not be concerned, but he is going to send me to another specialist...

Most references with the Lung association do not list Asthma as a cause of Lung Scarring. Also how is lung scarring diagnosed? Is it only by CT scan?
Yes ... it can ... diagnosis is usually seen by chest x-ray ... it is generally seen in the patient with Chronic Asthma ...
